Ketamine, Versed, Robinul and Propofol

Yes, THAT Propofol, the one that killed Michael Jackson. That's one of the drugs used to sedate little Miss Romy for her MRI. Weird. Scary. Alas, it's over and Romy did wonderfully. Last time she was anesthetized she woke up screaming, but this time she woke up very loopy (or stoned out of her mind if you will) but in a great mood. She also immediately asked for "Ah-pa," or Grandpa. Yeah, I think she's trying really hard to secure a pony as a birthday gift this year.

She still hasn't eaten much but she is drinking so that's fine for now. She came home and took a long nap but seems to be pretty much back to normal now. I should get the results sometime next week. I'm praying that they don't somehow change the course we're happily riding on, unless it's for the better. We'll see. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers!

And now, for a sad lookin' picture:

Romy being wheeled to the recovery room. (Yes, I am the weirdo Mom who takes pictures of everything. Good, Bad or Ugly! They're memories after all!)
